As Trivial Pursuit tells us, goats are the most useful animal for humans stranded on the moon. Human milk molecules resemble goat milk molecules more closely than it does cow milk, so we digest it super-easily. Not to mention their hides keep us warm, and their flesh keeps us fed (more goat meat is consumed world-wide than beef or chicken- it tastes like lamb, but stronger).
As pictured above, goats also make great friends and fashion-partners (my pet goat Snickers and I won 1st place wearing butterfly costumes @ the county fair).
But the rest of the beauty-world has also caught on: to produce Argan oil, which is used in many quality vanity products (like Moroccan hair oil),
the argan nuts are passed through a goat to make them easier to crack. Yuck. Thank God for goats, and for the employees who fish through the goat poo to find the argan nuts.
